Frequently Asked Questions
Is exercise safe if I have arthritis or back pain?
Many people with arthritis or persistent back discomfort can benefit from appropriately scaled activity, but personal training does not diagnose or treat a medical condition. Ask your healthcare professional for clearance when symptoms are new, worsening, unexplained, or medically restricted.
What if I experience pain during a session?
We stop and reassess rather than pushing through sharp, sudden, or worsening pain. Oren can change the movement or end the activity, and symptoms that need medical evaluation are referred back to an appropriate clinician.
Will exercise cure my chronic pain?
No cure can be promised. The fitness goal is to build capacity, confidence, and useful movement within appropriate limits while your healthcare professionals manage diagnosis and treatment.
What should I share before a joint-friendly session?
Share relevant diagnoses, restrictions, recent changes, movements that aggravate symptoms, and guidance from your physician or physical therapist. Do not withhold symptoms that could change what is safe.
